A very bad experience! We chose to book this property for fourteen days, especially due to the fact that it had a heated swimming pool, which we I need for health reasons.
Before we agreed to renting the apartment, we spoke to the staff who assured us that, even though the jacuzzi was under construction, we would fully be able to enjoy the heated pool.
On arrival, we found the water of the pool ice-cold. We enquired daily what was being done by the management to improve the temperature of the pool. Except for getting alternative promises and changing reasons for the dysfunction of the pool by the staff, the situation of the pool water temperature did not improve. That meant we weren't able to use the pool the full two weeks of our stay.
As we were obliged by contract to stay in the Laguna Shores Commodore apartment, we had no possibility to find a different place. A letter of complaint to Expedia has regrettably till now never been answered and we received no compensation. On top of everything, the bed in our apartment was old and very uncomfortable. We also were forced us to hear every movement of guests on the floor above us, including their snoring. We definitely don't recommend Laguna Shores to anyone.
