「Have been coming here for spring training on and off for 15 years. Have never been disappointed. High marks for cleanliness, friendly responsive staff, quiet comfortable rooms. Nothing but positives. 」

「I always stay in nice hotels never motels … but this time I was trying to save money and closely relied on reviews. People said it was clean it was just so so and people said it was close to everything it was miles from everything. The only place in walking distance was the ballpark. How did they never mention how scary it is for a woman traveling alone to arrive to no front desk, no staff, having to get your own towels and toilet paper? No body wash in dispenser and I call to have it filled it...

「Dated, rusty, not clean. Needs a lot of TLC. Flies and gnats in the room. Had to buy bug spray. Outside areas were dirty and littered with cigarette butts. Only 2 good things: Pool area and Lobby area. Breakfast was typical of a “free” hotel breakfast. Room was made available after 4pm check-in. Would not recommend this “old” Clarion. 」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Comfortable bed. Kitchen Appliances. Convenient Location near a grocery store/gas station/restaurants. On a bus line that gets you to the Park St. Bus Terminal for easy transfer to the beach or Dunedin. 」

「The beds were comfy and it was very clean and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus and it was very quiet.」

「 We were in a suite with 2 queens in the bedroom and a small kitchen and living area with pullout couch. It was a good size for our family of 4. The bathroom door was broken (missing the strike plate) and would not lock or stay shut. We had to bring a chair into the bathroom to put against the door to keep it shut. Luckily the bathroom was large enough to keep the chair in there. We reported this 3 times before someone from maintenance finally came around 5:00 on our second day. He tried to...
