「Staffs are friendly and helpful except one female restaurant staff on duty dated yesterday who was a bit unfriendly after front desk staff guided me to get a glass of warm water at the restaurant. She did not have to act so unfriendly. To be honest, l was a bit “ pissed off “ as there was not hot water boiler inside the guest room ! Others all good. We and another couples will check in again at this hotel between Oct 10 - Oct 12, 2023 and reassess again whether it is commendable to stay at this...
