"The first room found hair on bed and bed not properly made with inner blanket exposed from sheet covers. Valet my car and car came back with cigarette smoke smell in it the next morning… horrific experience. Before this I booked once and payment is always non refundable if you can’t make it. Breakfast is so so… maybe save this money to make ur staff happier cleaner rooms…. Not choosing here again"

"Staff was amazing! Breakfast was good (we were in a conference event). There is a breakfast and coffee place onsite (separate). Coffee was good. Parking was easy underground. Bar staff were wonderful, beer was great!"

"This hotel was beautiful however very hard to get to of course downtown parking was issue due to on going construction, also they put us on the 12th floor the view was poor looking into an office building , the room was nice but needed room key for lights unusual a bit annoying , the room was a furnace extremley hot tried adjusting the thermostat to turn on air conditioner it was a warm day outside temp set to cool would only go to 19 and it didnt work , so opened window but no screen buy the time morning came 24.5 degrees in the room it was awful . Other than that everything else was ok "

"Everything was pretty good. Cleaning, well located, close to the USA consulate and Calgary Flames Arena. I gotta say the pool was not as awesome as I expected, to be honest I didn't even feel like using it. And the AC in our room was a little loud."

"The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. My son really enjoyed the hot tub and even the slide. The beds were comfortable. The food was good. We especially enjoyed the wings 😄 The coffee in the room was great, can never go wrong with Nespresso 😄kudos to the staff for exceptional service."
