"Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. Not suggested try something else other than this"

"Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "

"I will advice all not to book this property and remove this property from advertising in your booking site as they are seeking same room many and guest have to fight to get a room"

"They apparently overbooked themselves and didn't acknowledge our bookings made from a while ago and left us stranded in an alien city. The staff was extremely lazy and unhelpful and simply ignored our predicament. I suspect they got requests for room with offers that were higher than what we booked through Expedia and they just chose to ignore our bookings. I hope the Expedia platform atleast looks into this practice."

"The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel."
