Good value, convenient.

Decent accommodations, good value. It’s just one floor in a larger commercial building, but well done up, and furnished. Not sure strong on English. Close and convenient to airport.

The room we booked was the deluxe one, the mist spacious they have but were given a smaller one . One could barely walk beside the bed.

I know not everyone can speak english and i only speak very little Bengali ! But communication was a little difficult but wasnt a huge problem ! Everything got sorted in the end, nicely situated away from noisey road.

Property is not easy to locate. The front desk and rooms are on the 2nd floor of a commercial building. The staff was untrained and disorganized. The room was tiny, dirty, and smelly. The toilet was dirty, the shower fitting was ready to come out and cheap/dirty toiletries. No functioning printer and they had lost the key card to my room which they only had one apparantly and were ready to give me a master key instead. Overall extremely bad experience. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. This property is not worth it.

Clean, comfortable, and a good price

My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again.

Okay for one night stop-over

Great food, good shower and comfortable bed. Looking a bit tired now with grubby towels and bed linen. Reception staff were not that friendly, but restaurant manager very friendly. Door keys not working either.

Some staffs work seriously and properly. But others are not good. They made big noise in the room next to reception. Room was clean, but telephone and towel aren’t prepared in advance. No hot shower. Location was good. It’s close to airport and some fast food restaurants. If you use bike taxi, you could go to some supermarkets. They’re so helpful to buy Daily necessaries and Souvenirs like Indian spices at a reasonable price. Maybe I would stay in this hotel if I have chance to stay Kolkata 1 or 2 days again. Bad behavior staff and cold shower are not rare. Treebo group is reliable. Actually, when I used treebo hotel in Jaipur, it was very comfortable.

立地は空港から歩いて20分くらいですが、十分歩ける距離です。比較的新しいビルに入っているホテルで、値段を考えたら十分お得できれいな部屋でした。しかも冷蔵庫付き！ホテルの入口はGFに電気屋があるビルの横から入って奥にエレベーターがあります。その2Fがホテルです。警備員がいるので、ホテルと言えば入れてくれます。ただし、一つだけ注意があります。このホテルは夜中については出入り出来ません。警備員がいるあたりに門があり、そこをロックされてしまいます。開くのは朝です。ホテルは朝8時くらいなら開いてます。(それまでは従業員が寝ているのでホテル入口の施錠は開いていますが中は真っ暗でした。尚、夜中の徒歩移動は野良犬にご注意！逃げたら吠えられます。))街中へ行くにも目の前の通りをハウラー駅方面へ行くバスが沢山走っているので思っている以上に便利です。(ただ、地名が分からないとダメです。必ずどこまで行くのか？聞かれます。)日本発でクアラルンプール、バンコクあたりで乗り継ぎすろと、ほぼ、コルカタに着くのは夜中ですので、当ホテルに泊まる場合、朝まで空港で過ごして、明るくなってから歩いて移動することをお勧めします。(余計なお世話ですが、コルカタ空港は一度外に出ると二度と中に入らないので、そのままビル内にいた方が涼しいです。)あと、ホテルの近くに食事出来るところは沢山あり、その点も問題ないです。コルカタ行くチャンスがあればまた泊まっても良いと思いました。

The hotel staff and cleanliness were very good. There were giving branded toiletries. The dining room.too was cleanely maitianed. However, the complimentary breakfast did not have many menu options.

Great for one night near airport

If small and tidy room near airport for one night is all you need, then this is a great choice. Good bed and no animals other than some mosquitos. Too much cleaning chemicals used, almost caused headache. Very noisy and scary neighborhood with poor shopping and restaurant choices, so not so good for longer stay. Breakfast started half an hour late, which is not acceptable, and should have more dishes, especially Indian ones (I am not Indian...) - now basically just sandwhiches and toast with Indian soup.

Value for money close to the airport.

Great location for late arrival at airport. Plenty of place to eat. The staff were excellent and helped with everything we needed including arranging taxis. Breakfast was free with plenty of variety .
