Comfortable stay

Comfortable and convenient hotel. The hotel is a Westin high rise and felt like Westins around the world. Everything worked. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was good size and I slept well. Bathroom was great. Location is convenient relative to airport and Salt Lake. Cleanliness is adequate but not exceptional and there were some minor rough edges here and there.

My one-night stay at Westin Kolkata was exceptional. The hotel's ambiance was elegant, and the staff was incredibly hospitable especially Shruti Pandey (Front Office), providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. She made sure the room was immaculate, offering a blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were fantastic, especially the fitness center and the pool area. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide array of delicious options. Very poor front desk service

For check in even at 3 pm we were compelled to wait for more than 1 hour so after 4 pm we got room . Furthermore they declined the plan we booked and even after talking to the hotels .con service team on the phone they were not accepting the rules . It was very disgusting for us .
