「The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.」

「All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.」
