Amazing property and great experience. The staff made us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel offers an impressive range of dining and beverage options, and it continues to uphold the renowned Taj standard of hospitality. Overall, an outstanding stay and a property I would highly recommend.

Our stay at the Taj Taal was amazing, booking was easy, airport pickup was perfect, the room was gorgeous, but the best thing about our stay was the staff!! From the man who picked us up, to the women on the front desk who helped us with all the questions we had, and especially a man called Saud who was very kind and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend. Wonderfull start to our first visit to India 😊

The Hotel is nixe and built in modern Art deco inspired style. It is not a huge hotel like other flagship Taj properties but that what makes it better if you like a quite room especially with balcony.

Another well designed and styled hotel by Taj group. Lovely property. Location not necessarily great if you want to walk from the property to sights/shops/restaurants but as a base it’s delightful

6/10 Okay

Disappointed with the room experience, especially for a Taj property. The shower enclosure is extremely congested—I could barely turn or stretch my arms to soap myself—and the shower area also appeared dirty and poorly maintained. When I raised this with reception, I was told it was because I had booked the “base room.” However, my booking clearly shows a Premium Room (344 sq. ft.), and nowhere were such unusually small shower dimensions mentioned. Regardless of room category, basic facilities should be comfortable and functional. The room lighting is also so dim that I couldn’t read the telephone instructions and had to take a photo and zoom in just to figure out how to call reception. There was also no suitable US charging socket, requiring me to request an adapter. These are basic usability and maintenance issues that I would not expect from Taj.
