We really appreciated the excellent service and friendly approach by both Mithun and Ashik - both are just exceptional waiters with very pleasant dispositions. Our room was a bit dirty and the floor extremely dusty. This was not cleaned once during our stay which was disappointing. The hotel made a real effort for Diwali which was nice and generally is good but the rooms do need attention re their cleaning.

Nice hotel. Reception gave us a room well before check in time. Excellent offering in restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Pool is shaded for most of the day though.

It’s was short and sweet trip at this property. The location and the ambience of this hotel is awesome. I would prefer to stay at this hotel whenever I visit to the city. Keep it up the hotel management…..you guys are fantastic.
