We really appreciated the excellent service and friendly approach by both Mithun and Ashik - both are just exceptional waiters with very pleasant dispositions. Our room was a bit dirty and the floor extremely dusty. This was not cleaned once during our stay which was disappointing. The hotel made a real effort for Diwali which was nice and generally is good but the rooms do need attention re their cleaning.

Nice hotel. Reception gave us a room well before check in time. Excellent offering in restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Pool is shaded for most of the day though.

The Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is a stunning property. I spent two nights there, and the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. With so many various cuisines offered, the breakfast was fantastic. We had dietary restrictions, so the chef made sure the meal was prepared in accordance with them, and the dinner was quite tasty. The hotel is ideally situated in close proximity to the airport. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to others.
