「Nice property, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and exceptionally quiet room.
My ONLY complaint is that I had to check out before the night clerk had access to the room scheduling software. Huh? He told me that he couldn't check anyone out before 0400. I had to leave at about 0310.
Still waiting for my receipt....and I've already had 2 flights and am now home.
0400 'til the software works? Really??」
「It's unfortunate that the hot tub's jet is not functional during our stay, otherwise the room is spacious, clean with comfortable bed. A/C is a little noisy when it kicked in. Sam at the front desk is very accomodating and respectful. Would stay again if we're on the neighborhood once again. Highly recommended.Good breakfast with assortment of hot and cold selections.」
「I love having enough room in a refrigerator and having something to warm up food.
What was unusual was not having anyone come to take the garbage out or bring clean towels. We had to go down to ask at the front desk. They told us they go to the rooms every 3 days.
I don’t mind using the same towers three days, it’s just that we were not used to that.

「The front desk workers at Serenity Stay were very courteous and warm. The room he assigned us was already occupied, but he offered us a comparable room. The room itself was quite clean and I liked the modern decor. Some areas of the property were not as picked up. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, but the food was not very hot and the toaster was not heating enough to toast. 」
