「Loved!」

「Staff was so rude. Didn’t get to sleep in my room as my key didn’t work at 10pm & no one in office til 8am!!!! Paid for nothing! Even the number they left to call for emergency didn’t work or they just didn’t answer」

「Pictures online do not match reality. Old, worn furniture. Had to throw my shoulder against the door to get it open. Minimal furnishings. Light switches did not work. Bathtub cracked and dirty. Bathroom door missing chunks out of it. Checked out after 10 minutes. Manager was not surprised we didn’t want to stay and was not shocked when we described all that was wrong with the room.」
