「We loved staying here for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. We did not drive our car at all. We walked for meals, the hot springs, the Perimeter Trail, and Box Canyon Falls. The included breakfasts were great and we enjoyed chatting with other travelers each morning! Rooms are small but we enjoyed all the outdoor seating. The new innkeepers are wonderful and we enjoyed chatting with them. We would stay here again. Thanks!」

「This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. 」

「Unbelievably beautiful and clean. Makes you feel like you are royalty from 100 plus years ago. The place is beautiful but I’m going to lie. It is a bit creepy at times especially when it is not very full and the front desk is closed all night. But great accommodation and wonderfully restored.」

「I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. 」
