「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「I can’t say enough about this property and staff. Having travelled to Italy and Europe a dozen or more times few properties have been so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The property was ultra convenient to the main shopping and eating street in Taormina just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. 「Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up.」
