「Enjoyed everything about this property. Room was clean and staff were friendly/helpful. Restaurant at the property was great, food was fresh and good service. Loved the pool area!」

「We arrived pretty late due to traveling. We checked in around 8pm and all easy. Room was very clean and spacious. We did not have any wifi access and the code behind the door didn't work. The nespresso machine didn't work. And my husband is a BIG fan of hammocks and there was only 1 hook! So totally useless. And to top it off, the rooms don't have some sort of sound proof and you can hear the TV and chatter from the other rooms. We liked the terrace and wish we could have stayed longer....

「Room was nice however there was a strong smell of paint also the main running water had a strong metal after taste . Staff was courteous however the incorrect information was provided when i asked about cutting my stay by one day if I would be refunded. The evening staff informed me i would be refunded however the morning staffed told me otherwise. 」

「Clean and beautiful hotel in central Merida, right by the main plaza and the market. It is in an old building but the staff do a great job of maintaining it and it has a lot of charm. I appreciated the consistent hot water and that the area is quiet even though it is near the main square. I would stay here again. It could only be better if it had a pool and/or jacuzzi. 」

「Comfortable bed, nice rain shower with plenty of hot water. Relatively quiet for being in a busy area. I would not go to the restaurant attached even though it is not associated with the hotel. Parking just behind the hotel with covered spaces was well lit at night.」
