「Mansión Mérida was more than a hotel. It was an over-the-top experience, the very best of everything. The attention to detail was outstanding. The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list.」

「The accommodations were wonderful, as was the staff. They were some of the most gracious people that I've ever met. The owner wrote me a beautiful note welcoming me, and it was made even better with the sweet treats that she provided me from her bakery. I will always stay at the Tree House Hotel when in Mérida. The customer service rivals any of the big hotels. They even remembered that I liked bacon. Sounds insignificant but it meant a lot to me. Stay, you'll thank me later. 💕」

「All the staff, from the owners to office staff and breakfast room staff, were courteous and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious. Our room, Los DosToros on the second floor, was large with a sitting area and storage. There is a towel rack in the bathroom, not just hooks, so your towels can actually dry. All areas were attractively decorated. The central location is ideal for walking to great restaurants, parks, churches and markets. Parking is provided about a block away. If...

「Table next to us sat later and received food before us. Took over 15 minutes to get breakfast after our coffe, bread, and tea. Room Decor and room were beautiful!」

「Grand old colonial hotel, overlooking beautiful little plaza. Excellent price. In center of historic district. One block from main plaza. Helpful courteous staff. Clean, well-appointed rooms. No elevators and I don’t believe there are any rooms on the ground floor so one must be able to climb stairs. No restaurant but tons of great restaurants nearby. Absolutely fabulous stay!」
