「Love the outdoors, swimming in the Cenotes was an amazing experience! Meditation with cuencos inside the cenote was a unique experience! Only recommendation have staff in the front desk that speaks English, that’s my only comment」

「Yes there were cockroaches but ONLY when we left food out. Unlocking door took learning a trick to push on door as you turned the key but very secure and gate locked at night. No it's not as new as the pics but still very nice and FOR THE PRICE with full kitchen...you can't beat it. Most important thing was when my MIL left all her rings in the room when we left they were returned to a taxi driver that we knew and will acquire once we return. HONEST PEOPLE.」

「員工友善，早餐墨西哥式歐姆雷好吃，退房那天需要早點吃早餐，旅館也願意配合提早。熱水夠熱、水壓強。房間冷氣聲音很大，除了冷氣聲音外還有其他異音，睡不好，後來才發現有基地台在房間正上方，聲音應該是基地台。停車空間小，不好停也不易進出。」

「We truly enjoyed the series we received and the room was always well taken care of. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. I don’t remember the names of the staff, however, there was two young men that were always very accommodating. There was a young lady in the evening that didn’t seem very helpful as her colleagues.
