「Todo muy bien MENOS a la hora del check out el de limpieza llego a las 11:50am toco la puerta como si la fuera a tirar y luego entro… creo que deberían de VERIFICAR con recepción si el cuarto está aún ocupado y NUNCA ir antes de la hora del check out que es el medio día.」

「We absolutely loved our time in Merida and staying at the CIGNO Hotel was perfect for us. A little removed from the Centro of town but easily walkable and completely safe, day or night. The hotel was absolutely lovely. 10 spacious rooms, excellent staff and food. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had two dinners as well. The margaritas are exceptional. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again while visiting Merida!! 」
