The entire hotel feels more like a 3-star property. The interior has not been refurbished, and the rooms lack basic amenities such as a minibar and microwave. The towels are old, and the coffee is very poor in quality. I don’t feel that the price matches the amenities provided in the room. My room still had stickers on the windows, and I had no view throughout my stay. There are no USB connectors available, which is inconvenient. The common areas also look outdated and untidy.

Al inicio me asignaron una habitación en el último piso pero tenía el inconveniente que había un ruido de un equipo en la azotea. Al comentar mi queja después de una noche, me cambiaron mi habitación sin problema. Otro tema fue el agua caliente en la regadera, apenas calienta y es entre fría y tibia, esto en ambas habitaciones en las que estuve. El hotel es bueno, en un excelente lugar, pero requiere modernizar algunas áreas.
