「The hotel itself was like a beautiful oasis in a not so attractive area of the city. The room was very nice and spacious and the pool was very nice as well.」

「Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet area right behind the duomo! The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to ask for advice during a train strike. The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated. Even with a balcony that opened onto the palazzo, there was no noise at night. Would definitely return!」

「The building was beautiful and full of character. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was close to bars, restaurants and shops. The valet parking was well worth the $25 Euro particularly after a long day of driving. I would happily stay at this hotel again.」

「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」

「This was a great place to stay. The location is terrific. In a really nice part of the island with lots to see and do. The staff was extremely helpful. The building has ultra security. If you are driving your car it is difficult to find as the street names are non existent but once you get there it is very comfortable. 」
