Great renovated hotel in a small sleepy town of Avola with an easy access to free beaches, free street parking. Nice helpful hostess and her staff. Luxury rooms, good continental breakfast, quiet area for a very small price! I strongly recommend it. In case you drive a car and want to visit sights in neighboring Syracuse, do not fall for expensive options in Syracuse, stay in this hotel and simply drive very short distance to Syracuse and use historical area available parking and walk to all major sights.

Perfect place

Perfect accommodation for those wishing to explore the eastern-southern part of Sicily. 20 minutes drive to Noto and further to Modica and Scicli. The place is located 2-minute walk from Avola city centre, a lot of shops nearby and free parking on the street (easy!). The room is perfectly clean, comfy beds, fridge and kettle. Super good communication with the owner, I arrived after 20:00 and easily got into the room with directions received beforehand. I would come back :) Thank you!

My wife and I booked this B&B for our honeymoon, the price and the rooms are very good quality. We enjoyed staying here, the owner is very friendly and helped me out with a few things. He doesn’t live in the building but his mother does and she was great. She gave my wife and I some beach towels because we forgot ours at home in the U.S. I’m not 100% sure who the older woman is that cooks the breakfast every morning but it is to die for, she makes all sorts of foods for the guests in the mornings which are delicious. They arrange tables in coordination with the guests staying there. One thing that kinda bothered my wife was you cannot eat inside the rooms, we aren’t sure if that’s just a Sicilian B&B thing. Everyone that runs the B&B together, you guys are doing an awesome job making this place very pleasant place to stay, all are very kind and have great hospitality! Avola in general has a genuine Sicilian culture so i recommend anyone that wants to see what real Sicilians are like stay here its worth it, you’ll see the difference between the touristy bigger cities and appreciate the little peaceful town of Avola even more. The beach is very close and the food at every restaurant we ate in the area was very good. Just make sure you practice your Sicilian or download a good translator app because the language is much different then Italian! Syracusa, Taormina, and Mt Etna are a max hour and a half drive.

Hybla Major B&B was perfect for us. The room was clean, modern and safe as was the bathroom. The mattress was comforable, cleran and warm. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff helpful, warm and friendly. We found good food within a few minute walk of the B&B. Great place to stay.

More than perfect! Great hosting, beautiful room

It was more then perfect. We've had been there for three nights on our honeymoon. Spent such a nice time in very spacious, freshly made beatifully-design room with bathroom. We can highly recommend it also for the breakfast - fresh cakes and Cornetto hand-made by mother of host. For couple of really warm words deserves also host, Gabriele. Not only showed us the neighborhood but also helped us with communication - took us to Cava Grande and helped to rent a car in Avola. Theoretically it is regular B&B, but in fact we felt like really being home, adorated and treated like special guests. To sum up - we not only recommend it but also promise that will come back one day!

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super!! Das Zimmer ist sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, nur einen Haartrockner habe ich vermisst 😉 Die Terrasse lädt für laue Sommerabende ein. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und zum Strand sind es jeweils ca. 15 Minuten. Avola ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Städten auf Sizilien sauberer und hat eine menge Charme 😉

Tutto eccellente, dalle colazioni home Made preparate con amore dalla mamma di Gabriele alla stanza. Sia il salato ( il pane) che il dolce ( cornetti, brioche) preparati con lievito madre ultra digeribile. E poi granite di mandorla , cannolate, ricotta e marmellate home Made per riempire cornetti e brioche. Materasso comodissimo, condizionatore silenzioso ... si dormiva benissimo. Doccia ampia. Posizione strategica della struttura tra Siracusa , Vendicari, le splendide spiagge di carratois e Sampieri. E poi a due passi da Noto e dai laghetti di Cavagrande. Insomma si può visitare comodamente tutto il val di noto e le meraviglie artistiche di Ragusa Ibla , Modica , Palazzolo Acreide ecc.. Un B&b da consigliare.

B&B nuovo, moderno e arredato con gusto. In ottima posizione per chi vuole esplorare la Sicilia Orientale. Camere spaziose e pulite, ma i veri ingredienti che hanno reso indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno sono la CORDIALITÀ e la DISPONIBILITÀ di Gabriele, sempre pronto a consigliarci al meglio e attento ad ogni nostra richiesta e la PASSIONE per la cucina di sua mamma, capace ogni giorno di portare a tavola un nuovo assaggio di Sicilia, rendendo le colazioni un momento unico. Posizione strategica per visitare Noto,Modica ,Ragusa ,Siracusa e le belle spiagge della zona.Stanze ampie, moderne con bagno molto grande.Tutto nuovissimo con tutti i confort. Livello di pulizia altissimo. I gestori gentilissimi sono molto disponibili ti sanno consigliare al meglio i luoghi da visitare. Le colazioni sublimi con prodotti vari ogni giorno e fatti in casa dalla proprietaria stessa. Un valore aggiunto : viene utilizzata energia solare e per la colazione vengono usati molti prodotti bio.
