「Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. It was great to be able to go downstairs for a swim with islands to sit on just at the back of the hotel. 「We had a lovely two-night stay at Dimore delle Zagare Molo. It's a small, modern hotel just outside the beautiful island of Ortigia with lots to recommend it. In particular, a massive shoutout to the wonderful Lia, who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient with queries and requests to organise things. Grazie mille!」

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

「City center. Host came to meet us and helped with baggage. Very walkable area. Accommodation was great. Only given one coffee pod for 3 night stay, otherwise €.50 to buy a pod. 」

「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」
