「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. 「The design and decoration is very stylish. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was generous, and the transportation is reasonably convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. 」

「A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.」
