「It was very clean and the beds were comfy. I have no complaints except the toilet flushed a bit weak/slow where you had to hold it down for quite a bit. There were plenty of towels and even extra linens for the pull out couch. Overall great experience.」

「One of the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. The bed slept well and everything worked. The pool was so clean it sparkled. Nothing even floating in the top. The hotel is located in a busy area, but landscaped and built to allow some privacy We would definitely recommend and certainly will be back.」

「The property was certainly not what the pictures portrayed. The location is questionable and we did not feel safe. The room smelt of smoke and we immediately went to front desk. Upon our conversation with the staff we decided it would be best to check out. I messaged Expedia as instructed by the property in regards to a refund and within minutes was told that the hotel denied the claim and will not issue the refund. Terrible experience and disappointed that no type of refund was offered.」

While I was checking in, the staff member told a gentleman in the line next to me not to worry because his room would be nicer than mine. I probably should have said something at the time, but I was caught off guard by the comment and didn’t want to make an issue of it in front of my teenagers. 「We were in town for parents weekend. Only reasonably priced accommodation. At first I was surprised at how remote the cabins were. But I understand it’s on purpose for people that want to disconnect and enjoy nature. We had no problem finding the place. It was clean. It was cozy. It was an adventure!」
