「飯店位於City Hall前方廣場旁，所以安全無虞，同時，離市區景點都很近(除了貝倫區及阿法瑪區之外)，步行15～20分鐘內都可到達。算是小型飯店，裝潢風格較復古。服務人員都很年輕、親切，服務也很好，每天還會贈送小禮物及問候卡片，很貼心。唯一的小缺點是，飯店不在馬路旁，前方是下City Hall停車場的車道，也沒有明顯的招牌，如果搭計程車或uber前往，若司機不熟悉，可能會有困難找到飯店。」

「We loved our loft room and the view of the river. It was within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was nice, especially the coffee. I loved the special touches they left in the room like the welcome note and t-shirts. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They would call us a cab when needed and offered many recommendations. Even though we were near pink street and the time out market which tend to be busy, it was extremely soundproof in the room. 」

「In Chiado on a side street just a short walk to the water and sights. For me perfectly located for a self guided walking tour from the castle to green street!. But for those out of shape , with disability or with a stroller its a hike up the hill. The hotel is charming and the rooms very clean and well-appointed with a very nice kitchen setup plus a washer. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again!」

「Lovely hotel with amazing staff! We were celebrating our dual birthdays and got upgraded to an exterior view room with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and wine upon check in. Parking was also convenient (we rented a car) - only a few minutes walk down the street. 「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街（Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。」
