「This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. 「The communication with the team pre booking and after booking was terrible. I was told on the phone BEFORE booking that the double bed in the large room referred to a 180cm bed. So happy with this info I booked a non refundable room. But only after booking and checking on the NUMA app after paying and filling all the info requires did it say on the room description that the bed was 140cm. I Contacted the team again to verify and this time I was told all the rooms in the large room category are...

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit.
