「Very complete room with Kitchen bathroom and bedding」

「Clean room. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was a breeze - which says something in over- crowded Gatlinburg. I loved that this hotel is slightly off the hectic center of Gatlinburg and had a friendly, woodsy feel. 」

「I was highly disrespected by one of the staff members during the breakfast hour. Upon my checkout, I asked to speak to the manager. During my discussion, she made me feel very devalued, and that my discussing my concern with her was wasting her time. Very disappointed 」
