"There was a weird knocking noise coming from the fridge that kept us awake most the night. When attempting to turn on the tv to try and drown out the knocking, the tv wouldn't work. When we let the front desk know they didn't seem to care and said they would try and fix it when they could. Wasn't very helpful at all!"

"We enjoyed our stay a lot. However, our dinner meal was not a good experience. It started with drinks which were not correct. We ordered salads and were short one salad. The waitress said it was her fault later but we opted at that point to have it delivered. Everyone’s steak were either undercooked or overcooked. The undercooked one was sent back but then came back overcooked. We have eaten and stayed there before and it was all exceptional. Unfortunately, we were very underwhelmed and disappointed this time. The meal only and drinks! Everything else was superior! Thank you for your time."

"Front desk man was the most melancholy person I have ever experienced at a hotel. Not helpful or even engaging. Every time we walked by he was on his phone and looked like he hated life. Our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel, so we heard the door slamming constantly. I mentioned it to said front desk man the morning we checked out, to which he replied, “Oh really?” Not an apology or how can we make this better. You literally have to be deaf to not know that door is slamming and needs to be fixed. Just a total brush off. The creamer was consistently gone at the coffee area. Very disappointing stay. On the positive side: The bed was super comfortable. The parking lot behind the hotel was convenient, and the hotel’s complementary breakfast at Rubies down the street was delicious. However, I can’t recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again."
