「After arriving late at night and going to sleep, I woke up and realized the bed I was sleeping in was filthy. The shower did not work and the bathroom vanity was unfinished. I packed my things back up and checked out being told I would be refunded. No response when I reached out twice in the Expedia app. I called the hotel and was again told I would be refunded. This was 3 weeks ago and no refund. This place is just awful.」
