Absolutely the cleanest hotel we've been to in many years! Very friendly staff both at check in and when we left. I was doing a horse training clinic and worked for 2-1/2 hours straight after travelling 8 hours from Ohio and my legs were very tired and hurt badly, the huge tub was clean enough to suit me and I took a long soak in it. Hats off to the whole crew and Keep up the good work!

Very clean, comfortable bed, and nice toiletries in bath. Continental breakfast was good. It’s close to interstate, but we heard no traffic noise. There are several restaurants close by.

Probably one of the better hotels in town. I'm there monthly and ironically, Clarion Point is my preferred hotel while in Mattoon. Great property, great staff, but could use bigger coffee cups lol.

This is my go to hotel when I’m in town and normally it’s excellent. This stay I was a little disappointed. My room was the only one available for an early check in. The carpet had a bit of an Oder. Not terrible but noticeable. The biggest issue I had was the shower had no hot water. I only had to use it once but taking a cold shower was a little rough. Now that being said, I will still go back and stay here next time I’m in town because every other stay has been excellent.
