"這次安排的房間不是很喜歡，因爲樓層太低，然後半夜樓上的住客又ㄧ直有拖椅子跟東西ㄧ直掉到地板的撞擊聲，整個晚上噪音ㄧ堆，讓我這次入住的品質很差，入住時櫃檯小姐並未說明早餐供應時間直到10點，我進去吃早餐時已經9:34分，服務人員才跟我說用餐到10點而已，我整個傻眼，整個沒什麼吃到就離開，整個用餐感覺就也不很好，房間內的浴巾也是隨便折一折一看就不是應有水準，有提供咖啡機卻沒有提供喝咖啡用的杯子，這就奇怪了，連杯子也沒有，這次的住宿體驗太差了。"

"Above average breakfast; good selection however at this price point, it’s below average Good to have large family rooms with two king/queen size beds, however you can see the furnitures are dated Our fridge was plugged in but does not get cold at all, we notified the front desk after checkout. Interesting robot bartender in the lobby; you will need to pay cash to the front desk and he/she will come over to help operate. If this can be self operated with wireless credit card payment, it would probably have more patrons. We left the do not disturb sign at the door; however still found the room made up. Limited parking spaces, on a busy day, they do not guaranteed a parking spaces. There are other paid parking nearby, but it’s just a bit more hassel."

"職員的熱誠度較冷漠，沒有親切感，早餐安排頗混亂，不知是等人員安排或直接走進坐下便可。而自助早餐的確出色，都好整潔，款式都好大眾化。整體都會再選擇入住，但希望下次再入住會感友善。因之前住東區的驛站前台人員給人的感覺都是很温暖，而薆悅應不會比此間遜色。"
