"Everything is new in the room, yet no AC receptacles on the counter or the wall, found one almost near the floor for the electric water kettle. Weird design of the new shower facet, had to go to the lobby desk for help to turn on the shower. Well, no instruction on room phone for how to call the front desk. "

The staff appeared indifferent and unwelcoming, lacking the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in hospitality service, which came across as cold and somewhat arrogant. The hotel facilities were very basic. In the bathroom, only hand soap was provided, with no other standard toiletries available, which was inconvenient. In addition, the towels and bath towels did not appear clean or fresh, as they were noticeably off-white, raising concerns about hygiene. Considering the service quality and the condition of the facilities, this hotel did not meet expectations and offered poor value for the price."

"The property did not explain that this place has no windows. It feels like going to a basement with spa amenities. There is a constant ventilation noise to minimize the musty smell. Furnishings looks ok."
