"Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the shower head holder which we raised to the front desk and they had it fixed by the time we came back in the evening! Location was great, lots of dining and bakery options around! I would come back!"

"Staff were attentive and very approachable. The service was excellent. Housekeeping was also helpful and made up our room neatly, every day. The location of the hotel was also good, there are many bus options available from here and really close by to the museum!"

"The property did not explain that this place has no windows. It feels like going to a basement with spa amenities. There is a constant ventilation noise to minimize the musty smell. Furnishings looks ok."
