"The address mentioned in the listing is wrong. The address mentioned was on the highway and actual hotel was almost 2km away from the actual address.
When asked about it they said they have one more branch which is not correct. I had booked the hotel based on the original address and I was very disappointed.
The room had cockroaches and was not clean.
Facilities were good and room, bed was good.
The name of the hotel is also changed. "

"There was no water supply during the day time that I stayed there for two weekends. Imagine checking in wanting to take a shower and no water supply. The receptionist didn’t even inform the guests. On the last day of my stay, the lift broke down and I had to carry my heavy luggage down 6 storeys through a tiny staircase. This is my 2nd time with this place, but this time, it’s a defining moment not to stay with this place again."
