The hotel is a bit of a walk from Chidlom BTS, however they provide free tuk-tuk shuttle service to and from Mercury Ville! I enjoyed the free daily iced drinks and snacks at hotel lobby and the free credits which can be used to exchange for titbits/drinks/cup noodles from the vending machine! IF only the room could be renovated, they were quite tired looking imo.

The hotel was nice. The staff were nice room was newly renovated as far as food and beverage services very limited. It’s a dry hotel no alcohol no service at the pool. It’s nice to have a beer by the pool when you’re on holidays.

Other countries should take note, this is the one stop wonder of efficiency where you can register, go to your specialist area, wait briefly, unless something serious, you will be in and out with prescription filled in the same area in a remarkably short period of time. This was my experience, if necessary, hopefully you will have the same great service I received .
