「i was supposed to stay here for a night, only ended up staying for 3 hours. hotel staff walked into my room while getting dressed to spray the curtains with a bottle of water. cleaning staff was incredibly rude. room smelled horrible, shower drain was clogged. food options where pizza & hotdogs. walk out pool was incredibly dirty, list goes on about how horrible this place is.」

「Super easy to park right outside, and having 24/7 security in the area meant we never worried about the car. The place is very quiet at night, so we slept great. The kitchen had what we needed to prep quick breakfasts before heading out, and the beach is just down the street for a quick evening walk. Clean, simple, and hassle-free.」

「The hotel has no handicap accessibility or elevators (Even though they said it was accessible). The said they could not assist with transferring to their sister hotel which does have accessible rooms. Expedia also declined helping with this transfer, after an hour+ of speaking with Expedia representatives.」

「Overall, I had a nice and relaxing stay. The resort felt safe, calm, and peaceful, which I really enjoyed. The pools were very nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff running the activities were especially nice, although I do wish there had been more activities and that they happened more frequently. The resort is definitely not the most modern or cleanest I’ve stayed at. Some areas felt a little outdated, so if you’re looking for a newer or more luxurious resort, I’d keep...
