This was surprising in such a highly rated and expensive hotel catering to international guests. Have your Google translator ready to use. We have visited at least 70 countries and the poor English communication skills by front desk personnel was shocking. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."
