I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and they immediately provided a new room with no hassle. Their responsiveness and professionalism were much appreciated, and the rest of the stay was comfortable. I hope the hotel can address the odor issue to prevent future guests from having the same experience."

"We got the Presidential Suite. It was perfect for our family. I think they could replace the pull out couch that looked like it was all worn out and dirty. The breakfast is always amazing and the staff was so kind and polite. "

"The staff was great during check in, but when I got to my room I saw that there was rust all in the tub of the shower and when I washed my hands in the sink, it took an hour for the water to drain out. I requested a new room and they said they had none available, even though the woman that checked me in actually switched me from a different room because she said this one had a “better view”. Also, I had no towels or wash cloths in my room."
