「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. 「Beautiful property on the winery. Nicely decorated room & large shower. Separate living, kitchenette & bedroom area. The only downside is the room we had had the parking area on one side & the winery tasting room on the other. So we kept our curtains closed. Also the hot tub was dirty. We were looking forward to using it. 」

「Excellent customer service and an exceptionally friendly staff made our visit a pleasure from start to finish. 「The cottage was really nice. It was clean and nicely decorated. It had so many amenities including a well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds and a great hot tub with an amazing view. The management was friendly and allowed us to check in early which was great.」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
