"Excellent location and staff were amazing 👏 Rooms were spacious and clean. Great bed and pillows. The only down fall is the elevators on the new side. Be prepared to wait a extremely long time. Very inconvenient."

"I have mobility issues and everybody went out of their way to make it easier for me including changing my room so I was closer to the elevator. One complication: I paid for my room in June and this was not noticed when I checked in August. Therefore I was charged a second time. The hotel is working on clearing up that error."

"The staff here were absolutely amazing! They seamlessly accommodated our early arrival (a special thanks to Natalia) and stayed in touch throughout our trip, texting us updates and proactively asking if they could assist with anything. It truly made our stay feel personal. 😊 We also took advantage of the gym, which was so well-equipped that it felt just like being back at our own gym at home.Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you to the wonderful Hilton staff!"
