「The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good」

「Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. 「Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.」
