「J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement et, globalement, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé. Le personnel était accueillant et l’expérience a été positive dans l’ensemble. En revanche, un point mérite d’être signalé : l’odeur de cigarette est très présente, notamment à l’accueil en raison des fumées provenant de l’intérieur du bar. Pour les non-fumeurs, cela peut être assez désagréable et donner une mauvaise première impression en arrivant. Mis à part cet aspect, le séjour a été satisfaisant.」

「The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel ran out of fresh towels, and we had to wait quite a while before replacements were available. While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, this inconvenience affected my overall experience, and I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on a future visit.」

「One of our rooms was given to someone else before we arrived so we had to get a roll bed brought to our room instead of two queen beds as we paid for. I have not been compensated for this after complaining to management.」

「At the time of our stay- June 26-28 2026, the pool and fitness center were closed. The breakfast was delicious! And the staff were extremely helpful and apologetic for the condition of the hotel. Two members of our party had to change rooms due to inadequate air conditioning and a leak in a shower (that was causing a fall hazard in an accessible bathroom. There were tiny spiders in our beds, and dead roaches in our room. Black mildew in the showers. No batteries in tv remotes. No lightbulbs...

「Breakfast was really good. Staff was very nice. Nice room. AC worked good. My only complaint is that I tried to get my room at my discounted rate through the hotel I work at and was told they had never heard of that even though I had the reservation pulled up with the discounted prices. Additionally I arrived Saturday morning but was still charged Friday night after the front desk said they would wave Friday night’s fee.」

「My first room was so awful I didn’t sleep the first night. There were stains on the pillow cases, a ball of hair next to the tub, hair in the hand towel, my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and there was a pair of dried up contact lenses on the night-stand. After complaining, I was given a new room. While the linens appeared to be cleaner, I didn’t feel comfortable and purchased my own pillowcases and a blanket at Target.
