There isn’t enough parking to accommodate the guest. No security to make sure you get to your vehicles when the hotel lot is full. The room didn’t offer chairs to sit. I failed off of the computer chair . The fridge doesn’t work properly and no microwave.

Rooms were clean . Breakfast was very good. The only problem I had was sleeping. The walls must be thin! Neighbors above me stumped all during the night waking me up. The rooms of both sides of me talked extremely loudly ( (I could hear every word) and the children were jumping around till midnight.

Breakfast was great. The lady serving was phenomenal. There were 2 minor problems. The shower/bath was impossible to regulate the water temperature. It was on the verge of being TOO HOT and could not bring the temperature down. On our second day house cleaning removed all of the dirty towels and wash cloths but did not leave any clean ones for us to use. We called down to the front desk for fresh towels. The fresh towels were not delivered for over 3 hours.

Nice spacious rooms. The hotel staff were great! Same breakfast both days and noisy air conditioning were the only minor annoyances. Would have used the courtyard but needed an umbrella to sit under due to the heat. That would be a welcome addition.

Location is fabulous and staff was amazing!! Facilities need a major update. Rooms from top to bottom need an overhaul. Bedding needs to be upgraded, from sheets to lack of comforter or blanket on bed, shower had poor water pressure and barely hot. Air conditioning unit was hanging out of wall in our particular room. Dings and scuffs and just general upkeep was lacking. Great location but this property could be so much more! Staff was great and made the stay enjoyable and can't say enough about how kind they were! It's clearly a corporate issue that they need to invest back into this property to make it amazing

Location is fantastic and rooms are clean. Front desk staff was friendly but the hotel seems to have an antiquated booking system and they had difficulty in managing changes, key cards stopped working, and in room there were issues with hot water and switches for lamps. Its still great to stay in the heart of downtown, but the hotel is aging.

Overall it’s a nice hotel that was recommended to me. However after I booked through Expedia it took forever to check in. And when I was leaving the lady at the front desk took off and never came back. I just dropped my keys and left. I would say please improve customer service.

The property itself is very nice, would’ve liked a better comforter on the bed as it was very thin and felt like a sheet. There was an event the night that I stayed but they were gathered in the downstairs bar by the lobby and it was very crowded and loud. Also the parking situation is not the most ideal, I did not feel completely safe walking from my car to the hotel at night.

The hotel is in a great location and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge was nice but doesn’t offer any food. However, there are LOTS of restaurants within a short walking distance. I would stay there again!
