「Check-in was easy, the caretaker was right there to hand over the key, and gave us a brief history of the plantation, which has been around since the 1820s! The air conditioning worked very well and that's a blessing since we visited in August. Husband and I explored and walked the property more than once, trying to imagine it in its different eras. 「1) The lock on my door was not secure and my spouse was uncomfortable and bolted the door with a chair. 2) There was no customer service on site and I had to call a number to get assistance. 3) I was not able to get a print out of my stay as the person that was there during check out could not print out information. 4) There was a discrepancy with my bill as I did use a 3rd party thinking I would get a better rate, and when the property sent me a total sent me an itemized bill, the amount...
