「Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable.」

「The front desk ladies were excellent and deserve a raise. The room was clean, comfortable and air conditioner was spot on. The handicap shower was very nice.」

「This is a weekly monthly type motel. Rooms were remodeled recently but the type of people staying here will ruin it pretty quckly. Beat up car in the parking lot with missing fenders . 」

「The room had an outside entrance. You could see daylight through the door cracks. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, like it was coming in a vent. The person in the room next door played music with bass turned up very loud until late hours and again early in the morning. The carpet had holes in it. The sheets had holes in them. Our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke from being in the room. The door lock was hanging by 1 screw. Would not recommend this place」

「The room is in need of repairs and it took over 4 hrs to get the room warm. The places is in need of serious updating. The only way I'll stay there again is that's the only places I can get a room at.」

「Easy parking but no elevator to second floor. The top step is longer than standard so was difficult for me, a 72-year-old woman.」
