Staff was great! Location perfect for what I needed. Shops and food were close by. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They're in need of updating and they were doing that during my stay, so I hope when I return next year, I can post pics of the new rooms.

There was no water pressure at all. I could barely shower and definitely could not wash my hair. There were some holes in the ceiling that had bath tissues shoved in them and you could hear EVERYTHING from the halls and other rooms. It was good for the price. The sheets and towels were very clean and the room was spacious

The staff was amazing at this property! Check in was quick and easy with Shireen, and when my brother left his bag and we had to catch a flight, Peggy was amazing in letting the bag be stored for a week before family in the area could come pick it up for us. Also a very convenient location for the Indy 500!

Very easy to get to, travel to, and stay at! My biggest “inconvenience” was that there wasn’t an outlet next to my bed, but a long cord on my charger rectified that. I needed a place to sleep amidst 12-to-14 hour work days, and it was just that. No complaints! Staff is super friendly and helpful! No complaints, if my work ever finds me in Indianapolis again, I will look here first!

Exactly what I would expect for the price

The hotel wasn't bad but it wasn't really good either. The staff were very friendly, and it was pretty clean, but the room lacked any of what seem to be basic amenities. No charge ports, very few outlets, the bathroom was small with a very dirty vent fan, and there was no trash can in the room. It was very basic but given the price I didn't and wouldn't complain.

The staff was amazing! But the hotel had ants, roaches, and bed bugs in it. Had to buy my own spray for the room. And the pillows are flat. They give you 2 flat pillows that have no neck support at all

The lobby and hallway smelled funky. The room was actually decent. Clean, snd smelled fine. Staff was pretty friendly. Good place to crash for the night. I did find a automatic rifle casing in the parking lot.. so, yeah. But, it didn't seem like a sketchy area or anything.

Decent clean room

The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than I expected. Better overall than I was expecting. The $50 cash deposit was a surprise and they wouldn’t take a card but they gave it back to me upon check out. I would stay again if I was in a pinch and would not be disappointed as long as those standards were maintained.

The hotel would be great if they would rid itnof roaches, it made my stomach curl and my skin itch for days just of the thought of one still crawling .... staff was super friendly and it would be a decent place! Also this place is running about 10-15 dollars higher than equal competitors, thats, unfortunately the reason why i will pick another place to stay.

For a quick in and out of western Indianapolis, without the airport prices, this Motel 6 is just fine. The lobby smells strongly of cigarettes, but the non-smoking rooms do not. The elevator's brakes need attention as they are loud but work just fine. The motels location can't be beat. So close to most things. And plenty of parking as it's right next to Sam's Club. Room has small refrigerator and a microwave. And you can't beat the price.

Won't stay here again

Honestly, I was frightened from the moment we checked in. The lobby didn't leave a good impression when we first checked in. The carpet appeared to be dirty and I believe they were working on the walls. It looked to be in bad condition. People appeared to be loitering around the hotel. The elevator made loud noises. Our room was the best part of the stay. It was surprisingly clean and comfortable.
