"A superb apartment/hotel and really excellent value. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Excellent location on the north side of Freiburg city centre with a tram stop directly in front of the hotel, it’s only 12 minutes into the city. I was checked in early with very little fuss. I didn’t have a car but parking is limited and expensive compared with the excellent value overall for the hotel. There is a supermarket directly across the street and cafes within a minutes walk."

My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. "Gorgeous and clean hotel, very close to the amazing Europa Park. We stayed in one of their bungalows, which was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning was amazing, which was very welcomed in the 35 degree heatwave. Staff were very friendly and always super helpful."

"Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Europa Park. Check in was very quick and easy and staff were very helpful. Room was fantastic we had a family room which included a large double bed and bunk beds with a double on the bottom bunk. This meant there was plenty of space as there was only 3 of us. Bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast was ok, with a selection of bread, pastries, meat, cheese and some cooked options including eggs, bacon and for some reason spring rolls. Location of this hotel is great for visiting Europa Park as it is a short drive away."

"Good location, close to public transportation and food. Well maintained property. The staff at reception were polite but not friendly. Some of the toiletries in the bathroom were not refilled before we arrived. Parking is not included and can be a bit pricey over a few days. The car park is not convenient to drive in and out of often. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and a comfortable stay."
