I checked in late (after 10pm) & had been driving from Santa Monica (via Albuquerque) to Nashville & they were awesome. Skylar let me have a late checkout & Deon was a pleasure in the morning. "Our bed had hair in it prior to us using it. I wore my flip flops in the shower and walked out with a wad of hair (not mine) stuck to my shoe. Bathroom wall and door frame had brown spots(wall was cream color). Bathroom door did not shay shut and would open on its own and no lock to keep it shut. And then there was Jeff, a 1 1/2 inch cockroach. I have been a social worker for 26 years and never saw a roach this big! Checked out of the room this morning and was not asked how my stay was. I’m thinking guests aren’t asked because they already know. Lobby looked nice but the room was a dump! Will never return!"
