The creek side, you can sit on the porch with a swing and listen to the creek bable by plenty of room for the kids to get out. And run away. Close enough to all the local local activities, 5 stars out of 5 bathroom is located outside but there is a walkway. To the bathroom, it has an outside shower for rinsing off from playing in the creek and then the inside shower. And it's a separate room, enclosed with a toilet and a shower and a sink.
