"The facility was fine for a 1 night stay. It was peaceful and quiet with a great view of that part of lake Hamilton being right next to the water. The bed was not the most comfortable and felt and sounded like the mattress had some type of plastic cover and the sofa had an aged looking fabric pullover cover, guessing actual cushions must be really poor shape. Also, not used to having to wash dishes we use when booking on “hotel” site. Staff was very helpful when I had to contact them about WiFi."

"Our room smelled like feet. Even with the AC on the smell was overpowering. Breakfast of eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy was cold and not being filled. It was not held to temperature. The coffee was really awful. We have stayed at this property before and it used to be fine. It's gone downhill and we won't be back"

Being steps away from the historic bathhouses, local shops, and various restaurants makes it an ideal base for exploring the area on foot. The property has been recently renovated, featuring modern rooms and a welcoming atmosphere supported by a friendly staff. ​The onsite restaurant provides a quality breakfast with pricing that is consistent with standard hotel expectations. While the shower grout could have benefited from a more detailed scrubbing to remove some minor mold buildup, the room was otherwise very nice and comfortable. Overall, the combination of updated amenities and an unbeatable location makes this hotel a great choice for a stay in the city."
