「Work space very minimal. Staff is very apologetic. Rooms were not so clean. Bedding needs improvements. Bathroom sink and tub were scummy and cleaning the room daily fail cleanliness... refrigerator and microwave need to be cleaned and sanitizing... maintenance is very much needed for improvements. Parking lot needs to be well maintained. The whole place has to have a whole makeover. 」

「The stay was great. The lady during check in was very nice and the fastest check in time I have ever experienced. The room I had was very spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, close to nearby grocery stores Safeway and H Mart, close to the Metro Rail. When my travel plans call me back to the Phoenix area I will look to return and stay at American Executive Inn.」
