「The website and reviews are completely different then when I stayed there. The bedding, sheets, towels, robes, everything had stains on it. The building is really run down, structural damage, cracks in the walls. The bathroom shower is gross. It flooded water was running out the shower into where the toilet is. The beach is completely useless so many rocks no where to sit and relax. I cant tell you when the water has ever been changed in any of the pools they have. Especially the ones in the...

「The service was amazing; however most restaurants were closed and the beaches were covered in mounds of seaweed. As such, we couldn’t enjoy the beaches or the ocean. Some of this was seasonal, but we were never notified of the limitations and reduced amenities. We couldn’t even book many of the excursions due to the seaweed and oceans. Additionally, several areas and amenities were under construction with no notification.」

「the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.」
